The 2019 Annual Flux Bikes ride along the Missouri River's Katy trail proved to be one of the most challenging rides of the decade! Starting in Alton, IL (does that grain silo look familiar?), this solo trip encountered floods and tornadoes along the route that forced this ryder to adapt and seek shelter indoors. Thanks to my grandmother Peg and a family near Blufton, MO for taking me in during the severe storms.
